Welcome to Kalispel 1 and Kalispel Stories (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These educational apps are designed to support users — including children aged 8 and older — in learning and exploring Kalispel language and stories.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. These apps are designed to operate without collecting, storing, or sharing any personal information.
By using either app, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Scope & Applicability
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Kalispel 1 app
- The Kalispel Stories app
It covers all users, worldwide.
This policy applies only to data processed through these apps and not to any external websites or third-party links you might access through them.

Neither Kalispel 1 nor Kalispel Stories collects, stores, or shares personal data of any kind. Specifically:

Currently, both apps operate without any analytics or tracking tools.

Both apps are intended for children aged 8 and older and are fully compliant with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

7. Third-Party Services & SDKs
Currently, no third-party SDKs or external services are used within Kalispel 1 or Kalispel Stories.
If we integrate external services in the future (such as analytics, crash reporting, or advertising SDKs), we will:
- Only use child-safe, privacy-compliant tools,
- Clearly disclose those integrations here, and
- Update our Play Console Data Safety declarations and this Privacy Policy accordingly.

Both apps are ad-free and do not display third-party advertisements or use in-app purchases.

- Ads are child-appropriate and compliant with Google Play policies, and
