Need to cancel a confirmed vaccination appointment?
If for any reason you can’t make it to your confirmed vaccination appointment, please notify the pharmacy as soon as you can. The vaccine material can expire so the sooner you let us know you plan to skip your appointment, the sooner we can make sure your dose goes to someone in need.
