These include many of the areas discussed in The Big Picture!

The work I do is specific and tailored to you. Transformation doesn’t happen in one session so my bundles provide time for us to get the work done for you. You are deserving and worthy of living your best life. There are layers of understanding and release work needed for most clients. Once I have an understanding of your goals and how I can begin, the work starts! For returning clients, individual sessions are available to help keep you balanced.

1. 20 Minute, New Client Consultation: 
Details – 20 minutes – Let’s connect to see how I can be of help to you. This session is meant to be sure I am able to be of assistance, and you are ready to work with me to make your transformation happen. I will be sure all of your questions are answered so please be curious!  With your permission, I will connect with you and we will find and release up to 2 trapped emotions.

2. Introductory Session (By Invitation Only): 
Details – 30 minutes – This is a one-time session for those who are new to energy work.  It is designed to give you a better idea of how a full session can be transformative.  I will get to know you in greater detail and continue to understand how I can be of help.  We will pick up where the Consultation ended!

Introductory Session Cost: $60

3. 50 – Minute Transformation:  Work with me in a deeper and more extensive balancing session to pinpoint trapped emotions, restore balance, and increase overall mental and physical health.  This individual session is exclusive for those who have worked with me in the past and want to continue to maintain positive results.

Individual 50 – Minute Session – Cost: $140

4. 50-Minute Bundle of 3:  My bundles are created with the intention to move you through transformation in a deeper way. We will schedule your session together an then show up with each other to help you reach your desired goals.

Details – Purchase a package of sessions to use within 30 days and save! The more you bundle, the greater the savings.

50-Minute Bundle of 3:  $375 – Valued at $420 – Save $45

5. 30 – Minute Quick Transformation:  For some, a 50-minute session is not desired. Shorter sessions for those who are more sensitive to this work will welcome 30-minute sessions. This is individual session is exclusive to those who have worked with me in the past and want a ‘tune up’ to stay balanced.

Individual 30 – Minute Session Cost:  $85

6. 30-Minute Quick Transformation Saver Bundles:

Details – Work with me in a shorter session to pinpoint trapped emotions, restore balance, and increase overall mental and physical health.  We will schedule these together and then show up with each other to reach your desired goals.

30-Minute Bundle of 3:  $225 – Valued at $255 – Save $15

Pre-paid Sessions:
Details – Once you have paid for a bundle, use the Pre-paid Session to book subsequent appointments with me so you won’t be charged!

Business Coaching Services 

1.  20-minute, No Charge Consultation: 
Details – 20 minutes – Learn more about how I can help your grow your business.  If the Take Flight and In-Flight courses offer more than you need, then one-on-one coaching is a great option.  Together we will discuss how I can be of help!

2.  One Hour Coaching Appointment: 
Details – 1 hour -Following the consultation, I will prepare for an hour-long coaching appointment, addressing the areas we identified in the consultation.  I like to work with PowerPoint presentations we can record so that you can review after your appointment.  I will provide work sheets and assignments meant to help move you through the steps to help you move forward.

Cost:  $150

3.  Coaching Saver Bundles: 

Details – Purchase a package of coaching sessions to use within 2 months time and save!

Bundle of 3:  $375 – Valued at $450 – Save $75 

4.  Pre-paid Sessions:
Details – Once you have paid for a bundle, use the pre-paid session to book subsequent appointments with me so you won’t be charged!
