Psych – K (™)
Beliefs + Balance
The Originator of Psych-K™ is Robert M. Williams, M.A. with help and input from Dr. Bruce Lipton. Psych-K™ is a non-invasive, interactive process of change with a proven record of success for over 25 years! It is a simple and direct way to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind, where nearly all human behavior – both constructive and destructive – originates.
Beliefs Create Reality
These beliefs, usually subconscious, are often the result of lifelong ‘programming’ and represent a powerful influence on human behavior. It’s the subconscious mind that is the storehouse for our attitudes, values and beliefs. It is from our beliefs that we form perceptions about the world and ourselves, and from these perceptions we develop behaviors. Typically, it is the self-defeating behaviors we wish to change. Often the most effective way to change a behavior is to change the subconscious belief(s) that support it.
How Does It Work?
Based on years of split-brain research, also known as Brain Dominance Theory, Psych-K™ provides a variety of ways to quickly identify and transform beliefs that ‘limit’ you into beliefs that ‘support’ you in any area of your life. This is done through a process called a Psych-K™ Balance. Most people hold self-limiting subconscious beliefs in the areas of spirituality, self-esteem, health and body issues, financial abundance, relationships, or career.
Whole Brain
A Psych-K™ Balance is a process designed to create a balanced identification with both hemispheres of the cerebral cortex. This ‘whole brain state’ is ideal for reprogramming the mind with new self-enhancing beliefs helping you access your full potential in meeting life’s challenges. It’s important to note that while balancing creates potential, you create results through your actions.
Transforms Resistance
For example, if you balance to become an Olympic Athlete, you must still do the training and work necessary to realize your goal. The balance transforms any subconscious resistance you may have to achieving your goal. The resistance will be transformed so that the effort you put forward in training will produce maximum results.
Time Needed
For A Balance To Work?
The results may be felt immediately or may evolve over time (hours, days, weeks or longer). For example if your goal is to have a career in public speaking then transforming fear into confidence about speaking in public would be of great value. However, creating content, booking speaking engagements, and building an audience may take additional time and action.
How Long Does A Balance Last?
Balances typically last until they are no longer useful to the subconscious mind or until you balance for a new goal because your life continues to evolve. Life itself will remind us when it is time to change some aspect of our reality. Unfortunately, the reminder often takes the form of a trauma or other emotionally charged situation in order to get our attention. Psych-K™ enables you to consciously direct changes in your life with ease and flexibility.
